1. Take care of your body. Take deep breaths, meditate, go for a walk in nature. Eat balanced meals/snacks and listen to your body. Get plenty of sleep. Avoid excessive alcohol, tobacco and substance use.
2. Make time to unwind. Engage in activities you enjoy.
3. Connect with friends, family and the community. Reach out for additional support if needed.
4. Consider disconnecting from phone, tv, and computer screens for a couple of hours.
